niallharbison

So last night we held Dublin’s Finest aawards which celebrated some of the very best that the city has to offer…

Our team of judges and over 20,000 Dubliners cast their votes and we had some very worthy winners. To highlight some of the amazing work the winner have all been doing we thought we’d put together this wicked little list (in no particular order) of dishes to try.

According to you guys, when it comes to Dublin it doesn’t get any better than this!

Fire Restaurant – The Roast

These guys ran away with two of the big awards last night, including best restaurant. Conisdering we’re in the throes of winter, we’d suggest their roast dinner which is the work of a genius.
