Last Wednesday ourselves and Old El Paso showed the Lovin Dublin readers how to celebrate Mexican Independence Day.
We threw a huge party at Baggot St hotspot Xico, and everyone who showed up was duly filled with frozen margaritas and meals dreamed up by our five Old El Paso competition finalists – and cooked to perfection in one of Dublin’s hottest Mexican kitchens.
Each had to create a unique taco recipe using the Old El Paso Restaurante ingredients. Like the look of one? Here are the recipes, and we definitely reckon you need to give them a go!
