Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice-Cream
- Chocolate
- Cream
- Flaked Almonds
In the unlikely event that there remain any Easter egg leftovers by tomorrow, this chocolate sauce is the perfect way to use them up. Takes a minute to make, tastes unreal, and looks like you’ve made more of an effort if you’re serving someone ice-cream for dessert.
This is so yum with the almonds sprinkled on top but you could use berries instead of crushed malteasers of crunchy bars too which would be epic.
Instructions
Step 1
Put cream and chocolate into a saucepan on a medium-low heat… You want roughly equal amounts of both. this isn’t rocket science but obviously if you use more cream it will be runnier. Stir.
Step 2
Keep stirring until both are just combined into a sauce and them immediately take off the heat.
Step 3
Scoop out your ice-cream
Step 4
Pour your sauce on top.
Step 5
Sprinkle with flaked almonds or other topping of choice.
Step 6
Eat immediately.
