Every so often we find a new little food haunt that we get quite excited about.
Today's edition of that is the Grind Coffee House in Howth.
Self-proclaimed as having the best coffee in Howth, these guys mean business when it comes to good food, healthy treats and really, really decadent pancakes.
The café was opened in September 2015 by two personal trainers (they have their own gym in Coolock) who have a penchant for delicious eats that don't make you feel rubbish afterwards.
Everything in here is made fresh to order, serving up fan-favourite 3fe coffee to go with.
And just last year they beat a plethora of cafés in the capital to come out on top in 98FM's Best Coffee in Dublin award.
However, their unique selling point is definitely their vast array of protein pancakes. They got so popular that they got their own menu with over 25 different toppings to choose from!
And they look phenomenal...
Café owner Darragh Hanaphy had this to say about their tasty yet healthy venture:
"Our aim is to provide the people of Dublin with healthy, nutritious food options and the best coffee around"
Simple yet effective.
The Grind is also showing off their goods to the masses at the Dublin Bay Prawn festival on March 17, 18 and 19.
Get in there early, because these pancakes are sure to sell out.
