We’re thrilled to announce Lovin Health – a fantastic new Lovin Dublin Readers’ Event in association with Arnotts, on Thursday the 16th of April from 7.30pm to 9pm. Lovin Health will give you, our readers, an opportunity to ask our panel of foodies questions on nutrition, healthy eating, juicing and all things food.
The event is a part of 'Bake, Cook, Dine'– a series of cracking instore events, wine tastings, juicing and baking demonstrations taking place in the newly revamped kitchen department at Arnotts – which will be running in the store over the month of April.
Bake Cook Dine
Top chef and Lovin Dublin contributor Andrew Rudd will host a panel discussion on the night, featuring our very own Niall Harbison, Indy Power from The Little Green Spoon, Rosanna Davison (who has a new healthy lifestyle book hitting the shelves) and Jack Kirwan from Sprout juice company.
You, the readers ask the questions we will be putting the best questions tweeted @LovinDublin with the hashtag #lovinhealth to our panel. We hope Lovin’ Health could be an opportunity to show readers that healthy eating doesn't always have to seem as difficult or intimidating as it may seem.
Have you been wondering how the average joe can maintain a healthy lifestyle, what the essential goto recipes are for people on the move, or what gadgets you can use to make the perfect juice? Tweet your question to us and find out.
There will also be wine tasting from Wines Direct, nibbles from Red Earth food and – much like the Late Late – we’ll have a delicious juice for everyone in the audience. For those of you who fancy yourself as the next Jamie Oliver we’ll have, well, a Jamie Oliver Hamper worth more than €300 up for grabs on the night.
Andrew Rudd
