Going Global – Lovin Launches Today In 27 More Cities

Lovin Dublin is a cracking resource for a cracking city – if you’ll pardon the brag – and not a week goes by without people asking us to extend the concept abroad. After all, people use our lists, reviews and tips to choose what they eat, where they drink and how they enjoy their time off – so why limit that to just one city?

Well today, that’s exactly what we’re doing: we’re taking the Lovin brand global, and allowing you to discover the other cities of the world as you travel. We’re leveraging social media, and focusing heavily on the mobile experience, to deliver a new type of city guide for the tech-savvy globetrotter… that’s you!.

It’s Lovin Dublin… For 27 New Cities

Today, we’re rolling out a whole new design on Lovin Trends, featuring Dublin and 27 new cities. The way we think about this is that it’s a new way to travel and explore – just like taking Lovin Dublin with you.

We’ll also be helping locals to rediscover their own cities in an entirely new way, just like we’ve done here in Dublin.

Curating The Cities Of The World

Lovin Dublin has always been about navigating the minefield of things to taste, see and experience in our capital city – whittling down all the noise so that you’re able to make the most of your precious time and money. And everyone knows that this navigation is even trickier when you’re in a new city for the first time.

You have official tourism sites, unofficial tourism sites, review sites, social profiles, traditional guides and any number of individual blogs – and nobody, nobody, wants to waste all that time on research that they could spend on exploring. What we do is curate the very best info from each city – using a mixture of all those sources – to bring you the key things you need.

That includes the best coffee, burgers, beer, chicken wings, pizzas and everything else we share here on Lovin Dublin; right down to where you need to go if you want free wifi! We’ll also share all the best local blogs, social media accounts and photos from the city on Instagram so as you can get a good feel for the city before you do travel. You’ll hopefully use the city pages as the starting point for any trip you take.
