We are long term fans of Bakers Coffee, sometimes simple food and great coffee are surprisingly hard to come by together in Dublin. Niall checked out their first location in Grand Canal Dock and was impressed by their great atmosphere; now they are expanding with an awesome new Bakers Donnybrook with a whole new menu. Bakers Donnybrook is all about you. We want you to enjoy quality food and great coffee in a relaxed and friendly environment. We don’t do uniforms and we don’t do formal. We are a casual neighborhood place. We are jeans and sweats. We are ‘hi, how you doing’ take a seat and we’ll be right with you.’ We are locally sourced food and latte art, prepared with care and attention by our head chef Keith Cormack. Our food is wholesome and informal – the only foam you’ll find is a little on your cappuccino!

Our dish highlights the simplicity and quality of our cooking with flavor at its core – Herbes de Provence Marinated Free Range Chicken on a bed of herb cous cous with a honey & mustard dressing. We source our free range chickens from the Friendly Farmer in Athenry, Co Galway, who raises his chickens on fresh pastures in a free to roam environment.
