The Cellar Bar Super Salad:
Lemon and thyme marinated free-range chicken breast, served on a salad of baby spinach, pomegranate, feta cheese, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and broad beans. Drizzled with a dressing of Udo’s Oil and cider vinegar.

The Super Salad was the creation of Charlotte Costello - the winner of a competition with Udo’s Oil to create a new dish for the menu at The Merrion. Such was the popularity of the salad that The Cellar Bar has been serving it ever since!
