We are extremely passionate about our cocktails. Our bespoke list was created by our bar team and keeps a classic theme with a little inventive twist. Our “Flo and Basi” (Gin, Elderflower, Basil Leaf, Agave Nectar and Fresh Lime) has been a real crowd pleaser. You need to try one to understand why!
Seared Yellow Fin Tuna Nicoise Salad
We decided to stick to what we know with this one. Hey if it’s not broken don’t fix it!! Everyone seems to have a very strong opinion on what should and should not go into a Tuna Nicoise – this is our take on the classic summer salad. This dish has proven to be one of the more popular from our lunch specials board and evening menu. Fresh tuna is a rich source of lean protein, omega-3 fatty acids and a wide variety of vitamins and minerals.
