We opened in January 2014. The restaurant is located in the Malting Tower, Clanwilliam Terrace, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2. The area is known as G4 (Google 4) these days. The cuisine is a mixture of traditional and modern Italian, or New-York style Italian, as they call it sometimes. Our head chef is Pat Lalor. We use only the best and freshest Irish and Italian ingredients. Our artisan pizzas are cooked in our state of the art 650 degrees wood-fired oven. Our menu is quite diverse. We've some home-made pastas, meat dishes and salads. We also open for breakfast at 8am from Monday to Friday, serving coffee, granola, pastries, etc.
