You Should Definitely Check Out This Quirky V-Day Event On Sunday

One of our favourite places in town, Designist, a shop that sells amazing Irish crafts, gifts, gadgets and basically everything that you never knew you needed until you saw it, is organising a great Valentine’s event.

This Sunday the 12th, from 12-4pm, Designist is inviting people to create a Valentine’s memento in their store with friends and loved ones.

You can make fingerprint love-heart cards on the day, symbolising you and your beloved’s connection. Awww <3

They’ve organised free printing of the cards, with the option of buying one of their photoblocks to mount the image to for a unique, and ultra-adorable, piece of art for your wall.

There’s also a whole stack of deadly Valentine’s gifts on sale, and hilarious Irish-made V-Day cards for something a bit more different than the usual last-minute newsagents buy.

They will also have free gift-wrapping on the day, so it’s pretty much a one-stop spot to get allll your romantic duties done and dusted.
