Outdoor Cinema, Beers and Banter: Our 4th Of July Festival In Photos

America descended on Donnybrook this weekend when 3,000 members of our community joined us to celebrate American Independence in Donnybrook Stadium at our 4th of July Festival.

We took over the rugby pitch for a whole different ball game where the might of the South Dublin Panthers took on the Dublin Rebels in the final IAFA clash of the season, with the Dublin Rebels coming out on top.

A host of classic American cars were on display in the Stadium from a classic 1974 Gran Torino to a 1966 Ford GT40. There was a jovial carnival atmosphere complete with candyfloss, rodeo bulls, games, and an outdoor cinema which was perfect in the sunshine.

With tasty food from Eddie Rocket's, Uncle Sam's Smokehouse and Just Wing It and craft beers from Carrig Brewery there was plenty to choose from!

Our 4th of July Festival was organised by ourselves and Event Fuel in association with Eddie Rocket's and Leinster Rugby, and we're already buzzing for next year's Independence Day celebrations!
