The two-week residency will run from Thursday, May 25 until Sunday, June 4, and it's returning to its rooftop spot of 1 Dame Lane.
This year's theme is all about Gusto d'Italia, the flavours of Italy. It will offer guests an innovative take on contemporary Italian food, a taste of Peroni Nastro Azzurro’s unique infusions, and afford you one of the best views in the city.
Of course, if you're serving genuine Italian cuisine, you're gonna need an expert on hand — or three. That's why the critically acclaimed Italian chef Francesco Mazzei is Master Of Taste for House of Peroni. Being the chef patron at Sartoria restaurant in London’s Mayfair district since 2015, Mazzei probably knows a thing or two about great Italian food.
Mazzei also got some Irish talent on board to put together the menu for House of Peroni, including the award-winning pastry chef Aoife Noonan of Luna and pizza specialist Michael Ryan of the delicious Dublin Pizza Company.
Guests can also enjoy any of the six Peroni infusions on the menu, specially created for the residency by Peroni's global brand ambassador, Federico Riezzo, alongside Peroni Nastro Azzurro draught, Classico, Piccola and Gluten Free.
The whole event is inspired by the social event that is a traditional Italian meal, with relaxed surroundings and the most luxurious of refreshments on offer — it's no wonder House of Peroni has proven such a huge success with Dubliners.
Here's what last year's event looked like
The House of Peroni’s restaurant is taking a limited number of early dinner bookings for sittings at 6pm or 6.30pm each evening and brunch bookings at 12.30pm on Saturday and Sunday. To book your table, get in early and contact reservations@richmondmarketing.com.
Walk-ins to the restaurant will also be accommodated as much as possible, on a first come first served basis.
There's also a series of ticketed masterclasses in the Art of Pizza, Pasta, Aperitivo and Dolci. Tickets are selling fast and can be snapped up HERE.
The House of Peroni is open to the public at 1 Dame Lane, Dublin 2 from Thursday, May 25 until Sunday June 4. Over 18s only.

Dublin foodies will have probably already had their eye on the spot in the Trinity Car Park for a while now. In a city as big as Dublin there will always be openers, but few have the same knack for cracking them as the team at Allta do. Following on from the success of the […]
