Five Insane New Openings Worth Spending That Payday Cash On This Week

It's the end of the month and everyone is getting paid.

Time to splash some cash and then regret it when you're broke mid next month. We probably all spend a lot on food, so why not try somewhere new this week?

I've been lucky enough to try out some new openings recently and here are five you've got to check out:

1. Órale

This is arguably my favourite new opening in recent times.

The street food van located in the back of the Belfry in Stoneybatter is to die for. It is a mix of street food and works on a week-on, week-off basis, so check their Insta before you head over.

Make sure you get the quesadilla.

2. Kerb

Based in the little town of Foxrock, these kebabs will leave you drooling.

I managed to get my hands on the lamb, the shrimp and the falafel. All were delightful but the shrimp one with mango chutney is outrageous.

3. The Well

It couldn't be in an easier location situated on Stephens Green.

This new bar and restaurant is very slick and they serve Dublin Pizza Company pizzas. If you've never tried one of them, get yourself down this week.

4. Veggie Vibe Café

This cute spot is a tiny little café in Blackrock Market but it has a huge heart.

It serves up some quality veggie dishes and the Mexican bowl is stunning. The place also stays open late some nights and you can BYOB.

5. The Orchard

If you're looking for something a little fancier, check out this wine and tapas bar with a new outdoor terrace.

Just recently revamped in Rathfarnham, it's worth checking out.
