“Thanks hun, Penneys” has become a bit of a national catchphrase.

It’s easy to see why, Penneys is the place to BE – especially in winter. From fluffy bed socks to fashion-forward jackets to keep you toasty, this place is a mecca for fashionistas.

I popped in randomly yesterday and I had to drag myself out of it because I knew I was about to spend more money than I actually own.

Jeans and a nice leotard is the new jeans and a nice top.

7. Leopard Print Chiffon Top

A winter essential.

Every single human should own one of these.

A great utensil in any workplace.

10. Velvet Lining Leggings

These are a godsend for chilly beings.
