The 10 best things spotted On #Lovindublin this week

niallharbison

We love finding and sharing the best things in Dublin with you here on the blog but we also encourage you guys to take photos with #lovindublin on either Twitter or Instagram. The standard seems to get better every single week and just firing up the Hashtag has us drooling and loving the city we live in. Here are the top 10 things we have spotted you guys sharing this week.

10.Cooking Up A Storm

This picture looks like it could be straight out of a cook book but it is in fact a wonderful attempt (And dare we say it even better than ours) of one of the recipes here.

9.Huge Tasting Plates

Baggots Hutton really is one of Dublin’s best kept secrets and if you want to hide away from the world and just enjoy savage wine and food then this is the spot for you!

8.Nap Time

A red panda finds possibly the most uncomfortable place in the world to fall asleep down in Dublin zoo but he sure does look chilled out!

7.Maia Delish

We haven’t been lucky enough to try out Maia yet but seeing pictures like these means we are going to be heading there ASAP. Thats one of the best things about the hashtag because it lets you discover stuff in your own city that you never even knew about.

6.Jamie’s Day Off

Jamie is a good friend of the site and when he gets a day off from rugby to “cheat” when it comes to food he doesn’t mess around!

5.Something New?

A very cryptic picture here from somebody who knows a lot about the restaurant scene. Nice cocktails and what looks like a cinema. Could be interesting indeed!

4.Slick Coffee

Everybody in Dublin seems to be getting very serious about coffee these days but this one that was served up in cinnamon certainly gets the award for most fun coffee of the week!

3.Tasty Prawns

This weekend is the Dublin prawn festival and although we didn’t make it there seeing pictures like this makes us very very sad and we have a serious case of FOMO.

2.Surf And Turf

Surf and turf has to be one of the best dishes ever invented but we have never seen it presented in this gorgeous style. You just want to lick the screen!

1.Herbert Park In Bloom

Food doesn’t top the list this week because we wanted to capture a photo that shares the wonderful weather we have been having of late and the fact that the city is in such a good mood. Stunning!!

Remember to tag all your Dublin photos and food photos with #lovindublin on Twitter and Instagram and we will feature the best ones here and share them via our own channels as well.
