Summer is well and truly here and we couldn’t be more excited by this so our Brunch Club returned to House today for a May BBQ.
The grills were filled with succulent meat and the plates were packed, while our resident DJ played some awesome tunes.
To start our brunch off the healthy way, Wyldsson and Glenisk partnered up to create a delicious starter. Glenisk also supplied amazing blended mini cocktails in Sunrise, Pina Colada, Mojito and Irish Coffee flavours which everyone got to try and choose their favourite. Kerrigans Craft Butchers together with the Associated Craft butchers of Ireland provided a delicious spread which included the ultimate beef burger, Bombay lamb and turkey burgers, their special flavoured jumbo sausages and juicy chicken fillets. There was enough meat to feed a small army, and a very well-fed army at that! All of our delicious spread was cooked and prepared by House’s wonderful resident caterers, Gourmet Food Parlour.
As usual there was a delicious selection of cocktails mixed by the resident mixologists in House including Blood orange Margarita’s, Bulleit Mint Julep and Hop House 13 on the beer front. We’re looking forward to seeing you guys at our next Brunch Club in June.
