The brilliant teams behind Koh, Etto and L Mulligan Grocer will be preparing amazing food to pair with the whiskies on offer. Not to mention some of the capital’s best cocktail mixologists serving up some samples of delicious Irish whiskey cocktails. Some of Ireland’s newest distilleries will take part to talk about their plans for the near future. Add in a few whiskey cask-matured craft beers, some Poitin and a range of other Irish spirits and you’ve got the makings of a seriously fun event.
