Aperol is an Italian aperitif made of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona among other ingredients. A low ABV of 11% makes Aperol the perfect aperitif. It has a signature bright orange colour and a unique taste from a secret recipe.

Aperol is taking Dublin by storm and the hottest drink at the moment is the Aperol spritz, which can be enjoyed in 3 simple steps. 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part soda. Best served in a large wine glass over lots of ice and garnish with an orange wedge – the Aperol spritz’s delicious taste!

With Aperol as the sponsor, Aperol Spritz will be flowing at the Lovin Dublin Brunch on Saturday..

Aperol have kindly given us a fantastic prize to give to our community.

The prize consists of a hamper full of Aperol's finest products and 2 tickets to our Lovin Dublin Brunch Club this Saturday.
