We all have a tendency to stick to the
same old recipes when cooking at home so it’s great to get some
inspiration to try something new.
Glenisk and Dawson Street café Tang
have teamed up to produce a new cookbook called Taste of the Middle
East and you may have spotted some of the tasty dishes from the
collection on our Facebook and Instagram channels lately.
If you fancied trying the delicious
treats but haven’t got around to cooking them yourself, you’re in
luck!
As part of the collaboration, the duo hosted a free lunch day today in Tang to raise money for Unicef Ireland’s Syrian appeal and will also be inviting some special guests to a super-exclusive supper club in December.
Only 14 guests will be in attendance on the night for an absolute feast of Middle Eastern food and drink! We’re talking sharing plates of hummus, Ottelenghi style lamb kofta served with a tart yogurt dressing, tabouleh, tzatziki, delish panna cotta… the list goes on.
One lucky Lovin Dublin reader and four friends will win a table at this exclusive supper, which is called #TangiskSupper, because it is a collaboration between Glenisk and Tang – geddit?
The event will take place on December 9 in Tang, with a drinks reception from 7pm so you won’t have to put your hand in your pocket all night!
It’s bound to be a night to remember
