The Yeats Tea will feature three irresistible pastries after sandwiches and scones, inspired by his poetry, his persona and his passions; 'Innisfree' - a rhubarb and honey choux bun, 'Spectacle' - a milk chocolate and caramel cremeux with lemon cream and 'Mystic' - vanilla bavarois with strawberry jelly.

And to top it all off, guests get to raise a toast to the great poet with one of his favourite tipples – a perfectly pink Clover Club cocktail. A delicious concoction of gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white.

The winner of the competition can choose from the following three dates; June 6th, 13th or 20th. On these selected dates Yeats poetry will be read by renowned Irish actor, Barry McGovern, in the Drawing Rooms.
