There'll be a whole lot of fun descending on Dún Laoghaire Harbour later this month, over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
We're eternally grateful that there's a bit of a lull in the music festival calendar for the next few weeks, so we can get a bit of a rest before The BeatYard kicks off.
There'll be a whole rake of diffent things taking place, but here's our pick of 12 brilliant bit and bobs that you should check out at the festival later this month...
1. Draw with Don Conroy
Childhood dreams do come true! You can your doodles into masterpieces with national treasure, Mr. Don Conroy.
2. Sing Along Social
Fancy belting out 'Good Vibrations' and other Beach Boys' anthems?Of course you do.
3. Box Burger
Ain't made it to this lil beauty in Bray yet? Fret not, they'll have their very own food stall at BeatYard and their burgers are hunreaaal.
4. Exploration Dome
"An inflatable planetarium that is designed to explore science, astronomy, geology and geography in a fun and unique way."
STOKED.
5. Kidsyard
An area entirely dedicated to children complete with bubble-making workshops, Imaginosity, a giant inflatable shark obstacle course, rainbow painting, and heaps more.
6. Lala Poutine
We've all gone a bit poutine-mad of late, so we're only delighted that Lala Poutine will be at BeatYard. Sure what else could you want but chips, gravy and fresh cheese? Nommmmm.
7. Tola Vintage
Deadly vintage threads for next to nothing? Pop over to Tola Vintage for the perfect mid-festival outfit change.
8. Lee Scratch Perry
This Jamaican legend is 80 years young, and still performing his own sunshiney blend of reggae and ska on the festival circuit.
