We love our dogs more people, tbh, and we know that a lot of you people are just the same.
The lucky thing for us Dubliners is that you don't have to say goodbye to your bezzie mate when you go for coffee, food or pints.
Here's our pick of the 17 very best puppy loving places you can go – canine in tow.
Anseo is a little gem of a spot on Camden Street, a watering hole for young and old alike. What makes it even more brilliant is that you can bring in your dogs, and we mean all dogs, even big dogs who sometimes get a bad rep.
A vibrant, busy spot to stop mid-walkies and chill with the pup.
Sure don't we all need a rest at times?
The perfect, cosy pub which serves one of the best pints of Guinness in Dublin. A favourite for Country Mice in The Big S(h)moke for the day, and the art lovers with IMMA just around the corner. Doggies roam free.
An ideal pub to watch any match, with a brilliant outside terrace for drier days. Also boasts a good brunch, as well as Junior's Pizza just around the corner for soakage.
Yet another hidden gem in Portobello. You'd be forgiven for walking past and thinking this is just another tea shop, but it is so much more. Get yourself the Matcha porridge – your world will never be the same – and eat it while your four-legged friend gazes at you lovingly.
Known to produce one of, if not THE, best burrito in Dublin – Little Ass is run by cool customers who have no qualms about the canine company you keep.
Lovely buzz in here, as well as some of the best eggs benedict money can buy!

Authentic Brazillian nosh, including gorgeous Brazillian tapas, for reasonable prices and just along the quays. Sound servers too. Try the chicken and Brazillian cream cheese pizza.
This little dream factory is the spot to scoff your face with absolutely outrageously good treats (including a whole gluten-free range – no holds barred) while you're out and about with the pup.
Also has some cracking coffee for the not so sweet-toothed of us.
A place that screams dog walk, with dem views and dat ocean. Brownes is actually known as a doggy hotspot, as they've had dog bowls out front with lead ties and doggy carpets for years now.
Dog-friendly dog lovers. Just last week I saw a couple sipping tea in here with pooches on their laps. Yes, doggy dates have just become a thing.

Farm too leave out water bowls for dogs to rehydrate after a run in Dartmouth Square. They also have a beautifully charming in-house pup, Charlie Brown, who has just celebrated his 10th birthday!
And as for the menu – delish, healthy food that won't break the bank. Winning.
Arguably one of the more chilled food spots in Dublin, dogs roam as people in this great little spot and may even be offered scraps on occasion. Top marks.

A place absolutely soaked in atmosphere – eclectic decor, vintage china tea cups, a large bed (yes, BED) all in an incredible outdoor canopied area. Located right by the Dart station too, so it's super accessible.
Another delicious mid-walkies spot which provides water bowls for your canine friends. Top-notch al fresco dining by the sea.
Killer sandwiches, and even more recently killer doughnuts – AND run by fellow dog-lovers! Bravo 147, bravo.
