Dublin boasts some of the best bits 'n' bob shops in Ireland.

Because if we know anything, it's that we Irish love 'stuff'.

From Designist and Tiger to Article and Stock – we could spend all of our wages on thing we've never needed.

And we just happen to want everything from April and the Bear — Temple Bar's new lifestyle and design shop that we told you about last weekend.

Here's the best of what's currently in stock:

'Ah here' print — from €20

Like much Irish lingo, 'ah here' has many meanings depending on the situation and the speaker's inclination.

This was designed with a definite 'stop your messin' vibe but is completely open to interpretation.

These humorous and affordable prints poke fun at human nature and the condition of Irish society today. The typographical prints are all designed in house specifically for April and the Bear and are available in both A4 and A3 size.

Designed and printed in Dublin they make for a funny and unique gift, especially for Irish friends and family overseas.

We're buying one ASAP.

Jellyfish Art Print — €50

This art print by Scottish artist Daniel Seex features three white jellyfish on a dark grey palette. Seex created the moody piece by pooling water on mount board then added a thin ink solution and drops of ink. He then scanned the printed blobs on different sheets of paper and drew over with pencil, then came some photoshop jiggery pokery and pow, jellyfish prints.

Daniel works primarily in pen and ink adding colour and texture digitally and often building a picture from multiple works. This allows his work to have a flexibility that is useful when it come to illustration. He has a taste for surrealism and deadpan humour. Sure, don't we all.

It would look pretty epic on your wall — just saying.

April And The Bear Orange Jellyfish Print 50€

Anything cactus-related and we're there with bells on.

How CUUUUTE would this look on your bed, or on your couch or just about anywhere in this gaff?

This tropical cushion measures 40 x 40cm and is made from cotton – an ideal addition to your life.

Pug Cushion — €38

A pug. On a Cushion. A pug cushion!

Siobhan first stumbled across these unique cushions in München. At the time, sher was on a scarf-buying trip and spotted these animal-inspired cushions in the very slick office of the head designer. She adored them and became utterly obsessed with finding them.

And find them she did!

These animal-inspired cushions are made from organic cotton and come from Brooklyn designer Ross Menuez who was inspired by Victorian shaped pillows and based his graphics on the first mass produced images of animals from 19th century illustrations.

With Summer just around the corner, it’s time to introduce some fun, tropical vibes into the home, and what better way to do that than with porcelain cacti?

The subtle shade means that this piece will work into any interior scheme with ease and the sweet, tubby design screams fun.

Super, duper dreamy.
