WTF – A Beer Yoga Event Took Place In Dublin Last Night

Let's be real. 

Yoga can be a lil boring. 

Sure, it's great for switching off, relaxing, finding inner peace, increases flexibility and mobility. 

But there's been something missing from every yoga session we've ever done and we didn't really realise what it was... until we saw this pictures all over social media this morning. 

It's beer. 

Last night in Smithfield's Generator Hostel, Hope Beer and yogi guru Kevin Boyle took over with the first ever Beer Yoga class in Dublin. 

LOVE this concept. 

Can we do it after every single work day ever?
