The former Epicurean Food Hall on Liffey Street is set to become a Dealz in the near future.
In recent days Dublin City Council granted planning permission for the discount store to set up shop in the location that once housed the “gourmet food hall”.
Having closed down last March, the Epicurean Food Hall had been in business for 16 years with 24 open-plan units designed around a central communal seating area.
Dublin Town recently launched a campaign to gain ‘Purple Flag’ status for the area, awarded to areas that meet or surpass the standards of excellence in managing the evening and nighttime economy.
