The crew from Gym+Coffee have been holding a deadly SummerStretch series in the last few weeks.
They hosted one in collaboration with Pound Fit Dublin recently which has a HUGE turnout, as seen below.
And SummerStretch continues tomorrow, but this time on Sandymount Beach with super fit and fun gals Becca Gillen and Sarah Moloney.
Where cooler a spot to workout than on one of Dublin's biggest and best beaches?
Prepare to be put through your paces, at your own pace, with the gals and a nice mixture of circuits that combine cardio and strength moves to help lose fat and build muscle.
There'll be both individual and partner workouts and exercises will be performed at bodyweight to cater for all levels of fitness.
Sounds like a perfect start to a Sunday if you ask us... may tomorrow be the day we do something a little different.
All kicking off on Sandymount tomorrow morning from 10.30am.
