There are hundreds of taxis in Dublin, you can’t walk down a street in the city without seeing at least one.
And thanks to the National Transport Authority every official operating taxi must have a legit licence.
But not this taxi, this taxi caught by Gardaí in Dublin City last night had neither a licence nor NCT.

Small public service vehicle (SPSV) licences protect both the taxi driver and the passenger. And of course an NCT is imperative to ensure roadworthiness.
Court proceedings are to follow for this careless chancer.
