A Woman Was Injured During A Jewellery Store Robbery In Dublin Yesterday

Gardaí are investigating the robbery of a jewellery store in Malahide yesterday where one female member of staff was injured. 

The robbery took place at approximately 5.30pm at The Diamond in Malahide village. Multiple items were stolen from the store during the robbery, including a number of watches. 

The member of staff suffered a cut to her forearm during the incident and was brought to hospital. Her injuries are described as non-life-threatening. 

A manhunt was underway last night after the robbers fled in the direction of Church Road, towards Malahide Castle. At least one was carrying a knife.
