Great news if you’re planning a trip Stateside because Aer Lingus has announced a very welcome change to their transatlantic flights from Dublin Airport.
Aer Lingus CEO Stephen Kavanagh revealed that they’re planning to make economy flying a more pleasant experience by introducing free Wi-Fi – and more importantly, free alcohol.
He said, “We are announcing today our intent to also offer a complimentary glass of wine or beer with the meal service to our transatlantic economy guests and to provide free social messaging with 20MB complimentary Wi-Fi for Smart Fare transatlantic economy guests.”
You won’t have to wait long to see these changes come into effect, either – the airline is planning to introduce them in the new year.
