If you’ve ever walked by the disused John Player factory on the South Circular Road, you’ve probably wondered what it actually looks like on the inside…
Built in 1935, the factory has lain vacant since production of John Player cigarettes stopped there in 2005 except for the filming of TV3’s series, Red Rock.
The Dublin Christmas Flea Market which had formerly taken place in Block T in Smithfield, will be setting up shop at the factory from the December 11 to 13. This means that anyone who wants to get a look inside the building can have a bit of a snoop whilst enjoying lots of Christmassy vibes!
There will be over 100 traders with stalls at the three day flea market, with over 30,000 people expected to attend. Last year’s event had a beautiful atmosphere, and hopefully this new change of venue will draw even more punters this year!
