We’re huge fans of Fish Bar in Bray.
As you well know.
When people think outside of the box and put that extra effort into being unique on the Irish foodie scene, we feel they deserve all the recognition in the world.
Not only are they fan-flippin’-tastic at creating beautiful dishes of food, they also throw one hell of an event.
From the tiny details of table settings, centre pieces, secret menus and occasion-specific branding to the well thought-out cocktails and five-course meal – every element of Fish Bar’s intimate Supper Club events are planned out to the nth degree.
Their first supper club was called The Seafarer’s Feast and it went down an absolute treat.
Their second takes place later this month and is called Street Feast.
Chefs Shaman and Colm have hit the streets to showcase fish at its very best.
