Brave Trinity Students Talk About How They Deal With Depression

Coming out and admitting that you suffer from depression or other mental health issues can be a really difficult thing to do. We're delighted to see a group of Trinity students have a frank and honest discussion about eating disorders, anxiety, depression and general mental health. We hope their candid conversation encourages other people suffering from mental health issues to open up and talk to somebody.
