We reported earlier that a man had been shot on Dorset Street Upper early this morning.

The incident is believed to have been linked to the ongoing Kinahan/Hutch feud.

The body of a man has since been found in an underground car park at Sheridan Court on Dorset Street, Dublin 1. The discovery came after Gardaí found a car on fire in Clonliffe Avenue at approximately 7.30am this morning.

It is not yet confirmed whether the two incidents are linked.

A garda spokesperson stated:

“Gardai at Mountjoy in Dublin are currently at the scene of an incident at Sheridan Court, Dorset St Upper, Dublin 1 this morning.''

“A man with apparent gunshot injuries has been discovered in a car in an underground car park at the above location at approximately 9.50am. Emergency services are at the scene.''

“Both scenes are currently being preserved.”

More as we have it.
