Several houses were evacuated early this morning as the Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) attended to a suspicious device in Ballymun, North Dublin.
According to Breaking News, the suspicious object at hand is believed to be a pipe bomb. The object was found at Shangan Green at around 6:30am this morning and Gardaí are currently investigating.
The area has since been sealed off.

Gardai and an EOD unit are currently attending the scene.
