A child was struck by a Luas tram this evening.
The incident occurred on the Green Line at The Gallops. The tram was city-bound at the time.
According to theJournal.ie, the injuries sustained by the minor are not believed to be serious at this time.
Dublin Fire Brigade and ambulances attended the scene.

Services were delayed for approximately 15-20 minutes and have now resumed.
Green Line services are back on the move and operating normally.
