Big news is starting to filter through from Dubliner’s around the city about a new Christmas market being set up on the Grafton Street side of St Stephen’s Green. Little chalets are being assembled as we speak in an entirely new location.The good news for all festive lovers is that they will open this Thursday the 13th and run right through until the 24th. Christmas markets have been popular in many European cities and it’s great to see Dublin embracing this trend. We imagine this well help to the whole atmosphere and bring even more punters into the city which is a great thing for traditional shops. We can just see us all buying mulled wine and eating gorgeous food listening to Bono and Glen Hansard on the 24th. Well done Dublin!!!
