Drinking too much coffee, as much as we all love it, can have serious consequences for our bodies.
And your body is a temple, my friend.
So give it a break and grab a goodness-filled smoothie this weekend.
Your body will thank you.
This smoothie is good for getting your iron and potassium in, giving you great skin and plenty of energy.
It's got spinach, banana, blueberries, oats and coconut milk.
This smoothie is part of Rozanna Purcell's Natural Born Feeder line and is a blend of coconut water, avocado, spinach, mint, protein powder and lime.
It's the perfect shake for pre- or post-exercise.

The appropriately-named OMG smoothie contains bananas, dates, almond milk, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon and Himalayan pink salt.
Sounds weird but is utterly amazing. You'll be addicted in no time.
Alchemy is a great spot for creeping all of Grafton Street too.

This one from Póg has got banana, low fat yogurt, orange juice and strawberries.
Very basic but very good.

Chopped have a juice bar in the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre and they do unreal smoothies and juices.
This one in particular is my favourite. A gorge blend of sliced peaches, raspberry yogurt, honey and orange juice.
Just try it. It's amazing.

Yes, yes they are.
