PIC: Dubliner Has Unique Dublin Bus Competition With Stranger Every Day And We’re Really Invested

Now, we don’t know what bus route this is on or who the person that Patrick is in competition with but we are so excited and invested and want to learn more.

We’re all probably used of seeing the same familiar faces at the bus stop every morning and every evening. You get the 5:47 bus home and so do they and if you don’t see them with their hand out, you always end up thinking ‘blue umbrella must be sick today’.

Patrick, on the other hand, has a fierce rivalry with one of the familiar faces that gets his bus and we don’t even think they know about it.

He said on Twitter that it’s currently a close battle between him and his bus buddy but he’s winning 2-1 as they reach the midweek mark.

The unknown lady parked her bum on the special seat on the hump day and if she snatches a win on Thursday, it’s all to play for folks.

We honestly haven’t been this interested in a competition since the World Cup ended.

The loser should have to pay the winner’s leap card for the following week.
