Dublin Establishments Unite To Help With Unicef’s Syrian Appeal This Weekend

fiodhna_hm

The heartbreaking incidents of the migrant crisis occurring across Europe over the past few weeks have left us wondering how we can help out at at all. Over 25 million children have been forced to flee their homes due to intense violence and conflict.

So we got thinking about how we could utilise our contacts in restaurants and bars across the city to raise funds for Unicef’s Children Refugee Crisis Fund

How does it work?

-Get restaurants in Dublin to help via Lovin Dublin
-Each restaurant donates €1 for every customer they serve this weekend
-Customers are then asked if they’d like to match that €1

Simples!

So far we have the following restaurants on board..

Other restaurants that have joined the cause are Thornton’s, El Bahia Moroccan Restaurant, The Waterloo Bar and Maia.

And we’re calling on even more restaurants across the city to get on board by signing up here.

Let’s all join forces to do something great this weekend, whether you’re a restaurateur or a customer – every euro will go a long long way in changing lives! #DublinForSyria
