Three units of Dublin Fire Brigade fought a large blaze in Rathcoole until the early hours of this morning.
Their award-winning social media team took to Twitter this morning to warn people of the dangers of dry countryside in hot weather.

The crews from Tallaght and Dolphin’s Barn stations were called at 10.45pm and the fire was eventually extinguished at 1am.
