Dublin could be getting a brand new four-storey high U2 museum, according to theIrish Times.
Plans to honour the famous foursome are already at an advanced stage with a planning application set to be lodged in the coming days.
The new attraction will be based on the site of the band’s recording studio on Hanover Quay where some of their most famous songs have been recorded.
An Bórd Pleanála have said:
“The studios are part of the cultural heritage of the area and should be celebrated with new innovative tourism offering”.
