There’s been some sad news for radio-listening offices across Dublin today (including our own) with the announcement that TXFM is closing down.
The station, formerly known as Phantom 105.2, has not applied to renew its licence as it has failed to make a profit.
The Broadcasting Authority Of Ireland released a statement today announcing that the alternative rock station’s licence will expire on October 26 2016.
