Dave Gorman – Gets Straight To The Point* (The Powerpoint*)

Acclaimed comic Dave Gorman comes to Vicar Street this Friday with his first live show in over three years. The veteran comic delivers his own unique brand of comedy with the aid of a Powerpoint Presentation. A far cry from the mundane Powerpoint Presentations we have become accustomed to, the award winning performer transforms the seemingly mundane into hysteria. A slick and clever show, not to be missed! Tickets cost €28 and can be purchased here.

Qigong on the Rooftop

Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance chi. Participants are sure to feel the benefits of the ancient mediation in a 30-minute session held on the roof garden (weather permitting – otherwise indoors in the third floor lobby) of the Chester Beatty Library this Saturday. Enjoy views of Dublin Castle and the city skyline while feeling the benefits of this ancient meditation. These are drop-in sessions and do not require booking. Suitable for all ages.
