Exclusive! First Look At The Menu In Dublin’s Hot New Taco Pop-Up

The hype’s been building among Dublin foodies ahead of the opening of Taco Taco tomorrow, the brand new pop-up based in Odessa that specialises in… well, we’ll let you work that out for yourselves.

It’s hardly surprising either – because not only are tacos experiencing an odd surge of popularity right now that must leave pulled pork feeling very jealous indeed, but the pop-up is also run by the same team who are behind the San Lorenzos Brunch of Champions.

And, as anyone who has ordered their Brunch Tacos (above) will be aware, these guys know their stuff when it comes to this particular Mexican favourite.

The joint opens tomorrow (Odessa Restaurant moves upstairs in the same building), and naturally we’ll be down there to check the place out – in the meantime, though, here’s a first look at the menu.

According to Anthony Remedy, this is just an initial menu to kick things off – drinks and further options will be added as the operation gets into its flow – which sounds like a pretty clever way of doing things to us.
