When it comes to iconic Irish pubs around the capital, there is no shortage of great places to sup on a pint.
Last night at the Licensed Vintners Association awards (the Oscars of the Irish pub trade) there was a very difficult decision to make in choosing the best pub in all of Dublin.
The votes are cast by people in the trade and the overall winner will come as a surprise to very few… Kehoe’s on South Anne Street.
It also just happens to be Lovin Media Group’s local and we can attest to the fact that it is a truly excellent watering hole.
A well deserved honour
And the winner of the best pub in Dublin as voted by Publicans is….. @kehoesdub Congrats ? pic.twitter.com/JRf6SAV54c

It shines especially during the summer months when people spill out onto the streets to lap up some of that elusive Irish sunshine as they drink their pints.
With warm fires in the winter, cosy snugs and wonderful service there can be very little complaints about the overall winner.
Well deserved.
You can find Kehoe’s Pub at 9 South Anne Street, Dublin 2.
