The First Ever Dublin Monopoly Board Is Finally Here

Kiara Keane

A Monopoly board dedicated to famous Dublin streets and landmarks has finally arrived and it’s the perfect thing for Christmas.

We’ve had an Irish Monopoly board featuring Dublin spots like Kimmage and Ailesbury Road in the past, but this is the very first one dedicated to the capital.

Instead of featuring specific suburbs like previous versions, this game will focus on themes like tourism, heritage and sport.

The Community Chest and Chance cards will be themed around the city too, with prizes including a shopping spree at Arnotts.

The most expensive spot at the top of the board will be the GPO at 400 dollars, with others including Phoenix Park, Temple Bar, Croke Park and the Molly Malone statue.

Dublin’s most expensive school, Nord Anglia, Dublin Zoo and Dundrum Shopping Centre and the Luas are also included.

It’s available in shops from today – we can see this one featuring heavily in our Christmas Day plans…
