Gardaí in Shankhill are investigating an attack that took place in Killiney yesterday evening.
A woman in her 40s was attached by a man near the entrance of the Bayview housing estate entrance at approximately 5.45pm.
The woman suffered minor injuries and didn't require medical assistance.
It is believed that the assailant fled the scene on foot and Gardaí arrived shortly after.
