Gardaí hit the jackpot yesterday when they recovered a huge amount of suspected stolen property as part of Operation Thor.
If you’re not sure what Op Thor is, its aim is to:
“Actively target organised crime gangs and repeat offenders through co-ordinated crime prevention and enforcement activity based on intelligence and the latest crime trends and patterns to protect communities.”
It has been hugely successful up until now.
On Sunday night Gardaí recovered a major haul of bicycles and laptops from a van on the M1.
