There's something about the season that brings out the glutton in us all. So much so that there's an accompanying tradition of making stark resolutions to get one's life back on track after all the festivities.
It doesn't all have to be left to the familiar cycle of splurge-then-purge - why not get proactive and get those resolutions started early?
